Canadian Orders
Hikers are allowed to ENTER Canada (and RE-ENTER the USA) with US EPA registered bear deterrents for their own use/protection against bear attacks.
(The product must return to the US and cannot be sold or remain in Canada.)
We sell bear spray in both the US and Canada. however, the two countries have different labeling requirements. In the US, Counter Assault has the maximum allowable limits of 2% Capsaicin and Related Capsaicinoids. In Canada, a maximum of 1% Capsaicin is allowed and Counter Assault's Canadian label is 1% Capsaicin with a total of 1.84% Capsaicin and Related Capsaicinoids.
